When you make an enquiry or purchase over the phone or in the gallery, we will request a name, contact number and email address. This is so we can provide further information and quotations, and continue to correspond efficiently in order to deal with your enquiry, purchase or repair. Your data collected from your enquiry is only ever used for follow-up and is never shared with any third parties.
WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA
We collect your data for giving quotations and advice and providing the best overall customer experience – including sending out newsletters and promotions. You will only receive our newsletters if you have voluntarily opted-in. If you are a newsletter subscriber, then you can update your subscription preferences or completely unsubscribe by following the links at the bottom of any of our newsletters. You retain the right to unsubscribe at any time.
